Rosewick Apartments is a soon to be built apartment complex in LaPlata, Maryland. This project is a 6.25 acre parcel of an over 18 acre mixed use project. It will include 2 buildings with a 198 unit apartment complex.
Provided civil engineering services for the Major Site Development Plan included horizontal & vertical design, water & sewer plans, Stormwater Management, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Pump Station.
Construction Stakeout and easement services are also provided by our surveying team at COA Barrett.
