Lusby Commons is a mixed use development shopping center consisting of box stores, gas filing stations, restaurants, and retail shopping.
Our survey team was responsible for replating Lot 1R in order to complete the civil plans for Lusby Commons. Following the replat, we completed the survey work and base plan for the design.
Engineering services provided for the 17+ acre project encompassed 8 buildings that ranged from 2,464 sf to 68,489 sf. COA Barrett completed the commercial site plan with an Entrance Plan & SHA Traffic Control Plan. Erosion & Sediment Control with Grading, along with Landscape, Utility. And Forest Conservation Plans were completed by the team for county agency review.
