COA Barrett provided civil/site design and permitting for the phased construction project consisting of a three story 320 space parking garage and maintenance building consisting of a three story 37,000 gsf office space and one‐story 44,000 shop space. The initial construction phase consisted of relocation of an internal plant roadway and installation of utility infrastructure to support the proposed development.
In addition to this project, COA has provided civil site design and permitting services for multiple infrastructure improvement projects within the Cove Point LNG facility including extension of internal plant roadways, drainage improvements, and water and sewer designs.
