COA Barrett started as two companies in the early 1990s. Both located in Southern Maryland, they recently found common ground in a long-term partnership to serve the Maryland area in 2022.
Now, together, we are an engineering, land planning, and surveying team that takes pride in shaping local communities. Our licensed surveyors and engineers have more than 90 years of combined experience working on projects that will shape the future for homeowners, business owners, and communities.
