Provided surveying, entitlement, and engineering design for this Private‐Public joint venture redevelopment project. The project includes 67,000 square feet of commercial space, 39,400 square feet of medical office and automobile filling station.
Key surveying elements included field and aerial survey of the property, preparation and approval of preliminary plans, final plats, and planning commission presentations.
Key engineering design elements included the preservation of environmentally sensitive resources, public road plans, utility infrastructure and onsite improvements, stormwater management Environmental Site Design (ESD) facilities, the expansion of an existing State Highway Administration (SHA) stormwater management pond for channel protection and flood attenuation purposes, as well as offsite SHA improvements and access permits.
